Our payment processor, Thinkific Payments, will require additional information such as your credit card, debit card, or bank account information. You should not provide personal information such as tax identification numbers, business financial information, or confidential business information through the modules or website except through the secured payment system.

We securely maintain your information for three calendar years from the last date that you accessed the website or interacted with a program. In order to comply with the European Union’s Safe Harbor principles, Polaris Law Group commits to the resolution of complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.  We have committed to resolve any complaints by European Union citizens relating to this Privacy Policy, which cannot be resolved directly with our company, through the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.’s Safe Harbor Privacy Dispute Resolution Procedures.
